Sims CAS body issues on console.

In Create-a-Sim you can make a Sim with full muscle and full weight... but there doesn't seem to be any way to maintain this body type in the actual game so while I wouldn't say it's at the level of a bug, its definitely a problem.

If you eat a lot you lose muscle and if you workout a lot you lose fat. What's worse on console CAS fulledit is locked behind trophies so you can't fix your Sim on console without disabling trophies or achievements or worse resetting your Sim. And as mentioned there are no mods for a quick fix.

Simply allowing us to get to fulledit without disabling our trophies and achievements on console would be very helpful and a quick fix, but also if there was some way in game to INDEPENDENTLY add/remove muscle and separately add/remove weight would be good as well, perhaps even some type of hospital, plastic surgery build item that gets us into the cas.fulledit aspect in game would help console players.
