Sim's confess cheating interaction; has not cheated

My sim has the loyal trait and I have heard there has been issues with it before. Recently, my sim has the "confess cheat" interaction popup, but has not cheated. The only thing I can think of is that maybe while being flirty she had a conversation with someone, but that is it. I am not sure on how it happened, but I want to get rid of this interaction if possible. I have had this problem with other saves before. I have tried resetting them, removing buffs, removing and replacing the trait, using a potion to remove negative moodlets, but nothing has removed that interaction. I don't want to have to confess cheating, so I am wondering if there is any other way someone has figured out to remove that, either through removing a hidden moodlet, hidden trait, or something? I am on pc by the way, unsure if that matters.
