Sims couple resets when romantic

Since downloading the lovestruck pack, my couple will reset when they are being romantic with each other. This means that they can't improve their romantic relationship and they can't have a baby. I can't play my generations on sims if they can't have babies. I check on a different forum and someone had this problem 8 months ago and it still hasn't been fixed.
