sims delivery

my sims save has been corrupt with the new u[date i don't use CC or mods. the sims delivery system has a bug corrupt error message

    You may have already done this but have you tried repairing your game? And if you've already done that have you tried going back to a previous iteration of your save file?

    could you share a screenshot of the error message ?

    What security software are you using ? Windows Defender with controlled folder access ? If so, make sure to add Sims as an exception.
