Sims Die and where their graves go...

In the Sims 4 (Pets) when a pet dies while you are not playing that household, an urn is present when you return. On the other hand, when a human Sim dies, you cannot find a headstone or urn in anyone's inventory, in the household inventory or just on the lot if the dead Sim was the only one left. I like the setting to keep Sims aging on their own while I play other households. Is there a mod for this?
