As you see in the video attached. She stand still doing her actions, some of them are with animations, which I cannot cancel the action even, some of them even are failed such as cooking. I have recreated the entire "C:\Users\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" file, no mods, saves are in.

so it means we still have no solutions/fixes after 7 months 😥
It's really hard to pin-point issues like this.
Best if you post in those threads providing as much info as possible (relink the video)
it was like the older SPs conflict with the EPs & GPs, I can't test it one by one but when SP 1-25 are disable, those problems are solved, just so you know.
