Sims follow mine everywhere and walk into her home uninvited?

Recently, I have noticed that any sim that my sim gets close to, follows her everywhere. She got involved with a guy romantically and now he comes over constantly, asking her to become his girlfriend...

  Oh okay, this must be one of these glitches that people are saying makes the game unplayable. I hope it gets fixed or that a workaround is introduced.

    @SimCraz3d It's probably best if you check if you still have issues after the bug gets fixed (whenever that will be)
