Sims Game Keeps Going Back in Time

Sims 4 Game file is stuck at sunday 8:27 p.m. When I save the game and come back it is always back at the same time, no matter how much time I let pass or what I do. The issue occurs with and without mods, after repairing my game, and clearing cache. I am completely unsure what the issue is, any help is appreciated!

I have all the EPs other than a few kits and I play on PC.
