@Kris_blurryface Could you post a pic of what you are seeing ? Do you have the issue every time or just sometimes ?
Did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing mods/cc and tried a game repair ?

I am unable to relocate the issue. It's not doing it now for some reason, but I've always had this problem lately. And yes, I repaired my game several times. While deleting mods I probably deleted a file like that on a separate computer.
