Sims household not loading

My main Sims household is completely broken, it started with glitches and freezes and now I can't open their household at all. I can open other households in previous saves but when I try to open my main family it just loads and loads. I am so sad, I have put many thousands of hours and probably close to or more than a thousand dollars into this game and now I can't play it. What can I do? I completely removed my mods folder so it's not mod related. Please help! I also tried repairing my game but it didn't work.
