Sims labeled socializer and loiterer?

So i just noticed this today while my sim had her store open. Some of her customers are labeled "customers" and others are labeled "socializer" or "loiterer." I tried looking up what relevance this has to the game or even my store and how it contributes but i'm clueless on why they are labeled that and what it means. Anyone know? I don't think it's a part of a mod i have but i was just curious if anyone knew what this was?
