Sims not being able to put out fires

My sim isnt able to put out a fire, even though she discovered it, the fire was caused by the campfire from Outdoor Retreat, I have her on a Micro Home lot, please help, this is the 2nd time it has h...

@jpkarlsen I clicked on the option, and canceled out the Panic thing, but  she acted like she couldn't get to it, when there wasn't anything near the Fire but the campfire

Did it say "Extinguish fire" where you clicked.

      Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

      If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
