Sims not going to work until hours later and then never returning home
They won't go to work for hours and when they finally do they won't come home without forcing them too. Their work performance then goes down

@bluvsc714 Are you using mods/cc ? Have you been playing around with the time changes in MCCC or use the Simulation Lag fix from MTS ?
I don't use any mods or CC and I never have.
- @bluvsc714 What time do they go to work ? Are their work hours shifted ?
It's just random. Sometimes they'll leave on time but won't leave work at the right time. Sometimes they'll go to work several hours after work was supposed to start and stay there until the next day.
