Sims not going to work until hours later and then never returning home
They won't go to work for hours and when they finally do they won't come home without forcing them too. Their work performance then goes down

@bluvsc714 Could you start a new save game for testing purposes to see if it works there ?
Close down your game, start a new save game and test a random household.
