I didn't get a screenshot or video capture. It completly slipped my mind because I was so freaked out by it happening and I'm not well with a cold at the moment.
I created both the Sims myself in a new save after getting the Royalty & Legacy pack.
Hi, sorry about the late reply. Yes, it only happened once, but that it happened had me freaked it will happen again, and these sort of glitches tend to really freak me out. I've played three times over the past week, and it hasn't happened again so far. I didn't clear the cache or repair game or anything, but I wonder if maybe after closing the game to turn my computer off, and loading it up another day, has sorted it out, sort of behaved like restarting the game does.
