Sims randomly dying after installing Life & Death.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing normally.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims get a call, (death call) It tells me that someone died. I Check the family tree and it is from a natural cause.
What do you expect to see? I expect less deaths from the pack. I get it is a death pack but it needs to go down a bit. Also this is happening while my neighbourhood stories death one is off.

Please describe the patch or change you made. After I installed life and Death.
Now, I really enjoy life and death so far playing it. But one thing annoys me. The amount of deaths I'm having when playing without any of the gameplay. I do notice that the deaths happen at night. I do use mods (such as mccc, Ui cheats etc) but they are all up to date. Every single mod I have that could interfere is updated to the latest version.
At the moment. The deaths are from one side of the family (extended) and I don't really know the sims only by blood. It did kill my not so berry challenge heir. The elders that died have not died from old age. It is from things like overexurstion, Anger etc. Do beer in mind this is all happening while The neighbourhood story that kills sims for other death types is OFF. So it should not happen.
I get the pack is all about Death. But i don't expect it to happen as much as it is. Luckily it is sims like I said. But I don't want it to start getting into my over beloved sims.
