@jimels1 Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
MCCC has it's own story progression and you need to test on vanilla to make sure that it's not a mod causing this.

- jimels16 months agoNew Traveler@crinrict Thanks for replying, it is very hard to get the issue just like that. it would be hard to know if its removed or not. i have repaired my game and removed the localthumbcache. I will go through the setting on mccc to see if anything is enabled.
Thanks for ur help!- crinrict6 months agoHero+@jimels1 It's just that if you have mods in, there's no way of knowing what's causing the issue so all reports in the bug forum MUST be on a vanilla game.
- jimels16 months agoNew Traveler@crinrict I have updated the mods that needed it, removed the localthumbcache and repaired my game. It seems to have worked. If it happens again i will try on vanilla game.
I understand the reason but it would have been hard to locate it so i tried them first and if it happens again i will go on vanilla game.
Thanks for ur help.
