Sims STILL wearing default undies while nude

EA, please, please fix this long standing bug I've had for months now. All of my Sims are wearing those hideous default underwear whenever they are nude/bathing/showering/tanning. It started several months ago, and I'm tired of waiting for a fix. It has killed many fun interactions, (if you know what I mean). Showering/bathing just looks silly, and they acquire tan lines after a full nude tanning session. They also won't react or respond anymore when seeing another Sim nude.

I'm aware your plates are full of bug fix requests, but PLEASE make this bug a priority.  It's killing emersion play immensely. It's been MONTHS since I've had this bug, and I'd like to see my Sims bath and tan properly again.

I play on Playstation 4, so no mods, no cc interference.
