Sims Vampire/Werewolf Trait and Scenario

So my family and I are a big fan of the series and we were completely thrilled to have werewolves join the pack (pun intended) and recently I thought to myself, "Wouldn't it be great to have Vampires/Werewolves give you the gift of their transformation or at the least turn you on a whim?"

And that's what I'm suggesting, a trait that allows player Sims or Townies to transform others by their own accord or feel the urge to do so, it would give the respective cures a reason to be used.

You could create a scenario (or community challenge) where you pick one side and try to turn a town into your respective choice and see who has the most followers by the end of day X.

    Playing as a vampire, you can earn vampire power points and unlock the Vampire Creation power which will allow you to turn other sims into vampires. You have to order the sim to perform the action though, so I'm guessing that is not what you meant. I haven't tried werewolves yet but you have an interesting idea for a scenario.
