Sims wearing work outfit after coming home from work

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.61.15.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs except Island Living and Uni and every game pack except StrangerVille.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim coming home from work.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims coming home from work often don't change into "normal" clothing (like everyday, hot / cold weather etc.) and wear their work outfit at home and don't change it until you change the outfit manually.
What do you expect to see? Sims coming home from work should wear a "normal" outfit (everyday, hot / cold weather etc.)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Sims don't change into "normal" clothing when coming home from work. They wear their work outfit even at home.
