Sims4 Error 134:12e29241 - Being unable to play, anyone else??

I can log into the homepage, and then when I go to actually play, it says error 134:12e29241:aa830a7c I contacted EA and they told me it was a bug, and to keep an eye on the forums for an answer. ...

    Gamegame000-  Does this lot have a pool, or did it at one point?  If it still does, can you load into the lot in Build/Buy mode and remove the pool?  The common theme has to do with pool routing, as far as I can tell, and eliminating the pool should in theory remove the issue as well.

Take out your mod folder and tray file add to ur desktop and delete ea folder and then open ea app hit play load into game then log out it should had new mod folder. Add mods back in one by one make sure to write the ones that work down.. then u kno watch mods or broken and need be updated

I had the same problem because it could be a mod or something in ur tray file
