JCPete6 years agoSolvedSims4 pointed ears I have noticed with Sims4 Magic Realm that some of the characters who have magical powers have pointed ears. How do I make my Sims have pointed ears? jpkarlsen6 years ago@JCPete Only Vampires and Spellcasters can have this. Spellcasters only when created in CAS. You use the detail editing in CAS to create them.

PsychotpsSeasoned Ace6 years ago@JCPete If you don't mind using mods, there is a mod that enables pointed ears for all sims. It works fine with the latest updates, I'm using it now. Just google "khitsule_pointy_ears"
