Skillful Sleep
Okay why is there a skillful sleep when it doesn't increase any skills? Its a waste of time. I thought that having this would help boost your sims skills even if its just a little bit.

There should be some skill gain. Try testing with other households and see if the same thing is occurring, Also, if you use mods/cc, try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
There was another simmer that posted something similar. If the issue continues after doing the testing,does this thread sound like what is occuring in your game?
