Skinblends won't work
So, I downloaded Kumikya's skin blend today because I noticed it wasn't working anymore so I redownloaded it and still didn't work. I took out my mods folder, loaded a new mods file, and tried again ...
Of course you are allowed to use Mods and CC but they are not supported by EA/Maxis.
Please reach out to the original creator to confirm updates.
