Please move your mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package then test to see if you still have the same error. Do not save. If the error is there start a new save and see if you can replicate the error there. If you can't then your current save is permanently damaged. This can happen if you open the game with broken mods in and saving making the error permanent. I recommend that you in the future make a habit of testing your mods in a backup copy of your save when there has been an update to the game. That way you can always restore your save if things go wrong
