Small suggestions

Small suggestions me and my friends think would make for better build mode: height options for fencing, wall height equalizes on platforms (without manual adjustments), new pathway tool (to allow for sims to walk on the pathway to the front door), counter-top adjustment for diagonal walls, rooms from inventory/catalog/gallery can be placed diagonally.

Gameplay: bugs for running, easier pet bonding.
