That's usually if there's a bike blocking the entrance.
If you zoom in to the lift on the top, do you see any bikes or something else that could be blocking the entrance ?
It won't even let me zoom into it. And the skiing or the temple doesn't show up for me as anything I can enter it's just a picture to look at. Can't interact with any of that. It doesn't let me go skiing when I'm on vacation. It's like the entire world is broken. I cannot build on anything but one residential lot.. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and nothing is working.
