Deck the Palms event missing in-game and can't claim rewards

    Hi all,

    We’re aware some players are unable to access Events & Gallery in The Sims 4. The team is actively investigating and working on a fix.

     We’ll share updates as they’re available, thanks for your patience.

    In the meantime, please verify that you have the Online Social Features Access option enabled under Game Options-> Other.

I logged in today and there are 11 items still locked. Where is typically was showing the time when items would unlock, now it only says “LOG IN DAILY AND CLAIM REWARDS”. Given that the event ends in 2 days, will these items get unlocked?

There’s a twitter/ X page too, if you have had any problems please make sure to say, there’s still time for them to extend it or help if they know about the problems. if they don’t know they won’t do anything
