someone hacked my Sims 4 game
I was just trying to go into my Sims 4 game but I can't because someone else has hacked in and is playing it. I don't know what else to do. I have already changed my password.

@darkunicorn215 What exactly is happening when you try to play? If you get an error message, please post a screenshot.
I'd also suggest enabling two-factor authentication on this account, with the code sent to your email address.
