Specific items removed when exiting Create a Sim

I have no mods or cc, game up to date

on specific CAS item from Life and Death shows up in create a sim and I am able to select it, but when exiting back to gameplay I get the pop-up messages that item have been removed because I do not own the pack, which I do. Other items in the pack work and function without issue, it is just one specific hairstyle that I cannot add. I repaired the game, but it was not resolved.

Obviously, this is not a game breaking bug, but it's an issue I figured it wouldn't hurt to bring up in case someone else happens to know how to resolve the issue
