Split Househould & Move

Hello Everyone,

Can someone help me why my sims doesnt have split household & move menu ?
i try to find on phone nothing and computer nothing also . i have to repair my games twice nothing change its still nothing .  and also i have all dlc/game pack . or something mods doesnt support that menu ? can someone help me to explain ?
