STOP IGNORING CONSOLE PLAYERS WE CANT PLAY OR SAVE FOR OVER A YEAR!

Its been a year (even longer for some players) since console stopped working. We cannot save, enter cas or travel without the game immediately crashing. We can't even play without it crashing anymore. Had this been a PC issue it would have been fixed ages ago. THERE HASNT EVEN BEEN A STATEMENT ADDRESSING THIS ISSUE. How can you guys keep releasing expensive DLC and the whole "Moola" and marketplace - when console can't even buy it or play?????????? 

Do you guys even read consoles issues??? We have a thread on the forums where THOUSANDS  are discussing this, it was "needs more info" for MONTHS then finally it got upgraded to "under investigation" AND NOW IT HAS DOWNGRADED TO "needs more info" ????

I wish it was possible refund all the ££££ ive spent on this game - i havent been able to play in 6 months and clearly wont be able to return.
