Strange travel bug

Question

was playing decided to take my sims to the park when I returned to my home lot the game became unresponsive couldn’t click on anything the game is also really slow and laggy since the last 4 patches it seams to happen when I travel no matter if there’s an event going on or not

I’ve tried repairing the game resetting the folder nothing helps I’m on PC I have no mods or CC

@I-Sim4ever_80  Travel to any lot or specific ones ? Do you have issues with other families/saves as well ?

It anytime I travel in my game in all saves I haven’t tried with a new game yet&nbsp;thank you for your reply&nbsp;

@I-Sim4ever_80  Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?- Press Windows-Key + R- Type: DxDiag- Click on Save all Information.- Attach the Text File to your post
