Strangest thing I've ever seen
So.. I don't really know what happened here. I aged up this sim from child to teen, and at first he was fine. Then after maybe 10 min, this is how he looks....

I am sorry that this occurred in your game, This can sometimes occur if children are aged when attending a club gathering.
Travelling to another lot and back can often fix the issue. - I’ll have to try this ? somebody make an army of these chilteens.

Anyway, I ended up restarting the save without saving. Now he's ok :D- It is good that he is okay now! :)
