Stuck in Season selection when trying to buy a small business lot

I am having issues with seasons too, every time my sims needs to travel from their lot to another or another world I have to keep picking a season. 😬 My sims also didn't start in Nordhaven they're in Brindleton Bay. 

Tho I did create a small business, but I built it on the lot I already owned.
