Stuck on green gem screen

I cannot get past the resume screen I loaded up my sims after using it like 4 hours ago i tried to go back in and well a message came up sayinf i had to copy my ea folder to my desktop i ignored it but i could not  load past the resume screen so then i clicked copy then it told me i had to do it cause ea updated anyways i then tried again and nothing so i delete the local thumb cache and cachestr and repaired my game nothing then i realized one drive was syncing so i paused it and repaired and deleted cachestr and local thumb still nothing works i have the same issue every day but usually it fixes with a repair but not this time the notification i mentioned at first was odd however i never got that in a while. Please help!!
