Stuck on loading screen when trying to load into Vista Hermosa

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? I have most current update
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost all of them, except Batuu one and some kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try loading a household or attempting to travel somewhere in the Vista Hermosa neighborhood of the newest expansion world of Ciudad Enarmorada.
What happens when the bug occurs? This happened in my most recent two save files, but it seems the neighborhood of Vista Hermosa in Ciudad Enamorada becomes bugged at some point very soon after starting a new save. I can't load any househld or travel to any lots within that neighborhood. If I attempt to either load a household or travel to a lot, I just get an endless loading screen that indefinitely loads. Sometimes it will play the music you usually hear once a household or lot loads, but it never actually loads, it's stuck on loading screen.
What do you expect to see? The household and/or lot in that neighborhood to load properly.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I don't know if the issue is specific to Vista Hermosa, or the bug just happened to occur twice within that same neighborhood, but ever since the last update, I am getting endless loading screens whenever I attempt to travel or load a household within Vista Hermosa. I don't know if the glitch is due to that particular neighborhood, or if it's just a coincidence I've gotten the same glitch twice within that nieghborhood. But ever since the last update, I cannot load lots or travel in Vista Hermonsa.
