stuck on save to library
i cant save households to the gallery or library, i just get stuck on the saving screen forever. no mods, and ive tried repairing the game and that didnt help either

Hi @vampir4318 , have you tried clearing the game's cache to see if that helps? Simply delete the localthumbscache.package located in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4.Since the February update the gallery is not allowing for me to save any lot to my library does anybody have any suggestions? But I can share them if I want to upload for everyone. I have MCC installed the cache is clear and I have updated the game. I just reinstalled the entire game 2 days ago, the second time in 30 days.
