itskachhh Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see. Try again to load one of these lots, and when it doesn't work, look for a new lastexception. If you find one, open it (Notepad is fine), copy its contents, and paste them into a reply here.
Please test with your Mods folder removed if you use any mods or custom content at all. I understand the lots are empty and therefore don't have any cc, but it's still important to test with the content removed from your user folder.
