Same with me. My original board only had the option to view after moving to a new household. I sold it and purchased another, and immediately got the "add impression" and "find muse" options back.
@KrayzieKris I am playing on PS4 and I cannot even buy the board. I don't recall whether it was ever put into my inventory.
