[SV] Infect Sims run instead of creepy walk

With the strangerville game pack, nfected don't walk as usual with their creepy walk.  They run everywhere with their arms behind their back when they're call by the mother. It's funny but when they're in your household they go far away on the map, it's a little bit problematic.
