@CaityC17 , occasionally, sims which drank too much Suspicious Fizz from ECO Lifestyle pack behave in completely similar manner with possessed sims from StrangerVille.
So your sim is probably thinking that sim-in-question is completely drunk, nothing special there, it's okay, etc, etc.
