System error when trying to replace a residential lot

I’m experiencing an issue in The Sims 4 when trying to replace a residential lot. My game is fully up to date and I use mods and CC, but I don’t think they are the cause. After the last update I cleaned and updated many of my mods and I use TwistedMexi Better Exceptions to check for conflicts and errors, and everything looks fine. I have two saves and I copied a lot to my Gallery, then loaded the other save, deleted the existing lot and tried to place the new one, but I get a system error and it won’t place. The lot works perfectly fine otherwise and Sims behave normally. This is the second time this happens with a specific lot. Also, recently the Gallery keeps saying items were removed due to missing content even when nothing is missing. I already deleted cache and restarted the game but the issue continues. Has anyone experienced this or found a solution?
