@BumbleBreeny have you checked for it between a couple?
Last time I looked it was there for the Sims I just switched away from about a week ago (before receiving the e-patch on 29th but unsure if that was before Lovestruck). It's been there the whole time. But I'll check them today when I'm in my game to see if it's still there. I'll test all types of partnerships and see anyway. But I've never noticed it between non couples even if one is married/engaged.
I do know that with my Sims it causes a drop in relationships for some reason so I didn't see it as a positive interaction no matter what the personality type.
Edit: I've checked couples in my game at various stages of relationships and can't find it either under any categories so far. I've also checked premade base game Sim couples and friends too. I have Lovestruck installed.
