Tattoo Artists Automatically Hired

Are there any community lots (aside from small businesses and AA custom lots) where a tattoo artist automatically spawns?

I'd read online that Maker Space and Marketplace lots from Eco Lifestyle would automatically generate a tattoo artist if the table is placed but when I've tested it in game it seems I'm still required to hire a sim.

Would love to know if there are any confirmed lot types where you can place and automatically have them generate.
