Teen not aging up properly

I'm not sure how to report a bug but I've tried aging my teen sim up and they're not aging up with the option of choosing their third trait and aspiration. I've tried resetting the sim, repairing the game through the app and moving to a new lot but nothing seems to help. Any ideas?
