The Dine Out Library Restaurants Are Missing

Today I went to place one of the premade restaurants from the library that came with Dine Out, but I noticed that they're all gone. This is the first time that I've tried to do this since purchasing...

    UPDATE: I finally fixed the issue without having to uninstall/reinstall the game.

    On another forum, someone suggested removing the TrayDeletedItems file; which I did and it resolved the issue. Yay!

If you have a file called TrayDeletedItems in your documents folder, try deleting that to see if that makes them appear again.
