The Sims Gallery is all red crosses and tattoos fully black out my sims

I try open the gallery and nothing will load, can't even save sims to the gallery either.

Just says "this item is corrupted" but its every item. And I want to place tattoos I've used before they aren't cc and they just fully dye my sims pure black.

Have no mods, no cc. I had this issue a while ago and restarting my computer helped but now its not.

Hi i've solved it for whatever reason my windows security must of created some issues with the internal files or something allowing all the applications seems to have fixed the problem and the tattoos are normal again also thanks again

Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ? Please pick a thread tag for that.

What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac). Please pick a thread tag for that.

No i never have mods enabled and im playing on pc ill check my security now.
Ive allowed all the sims 4 applications through my malware controlled folder access ill see if anything has changed
