The game does not read add-ons

Even though all my expansion packs, game packs, and stuff packs are installed and show as owned in my EA account, the game does not recognize any of them. I cannot use any of my DLC content in The Sims 4, even though I own around 90 packs. Nothing appears in the game as if no add-ons were installed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it again, but nothing helps. The problem started when add-ons from creators could be purchased in the game. I never had this problem before.

Hey simsol1322,

If you navigate to Marketplace > My Collections, are your packs appearing as deactivated there? If so, you'll need to click 'Pack Selection,' choose all the deactivated packs, and click 'Confirm' to activate them. After that, your DLC content should appear in-game.
