The issue of vegetarian and lactose intolerant trait

In all honesty, I do not consider lot of traits as traits, but what bothers me most is that the vegetarianism and lactose intolerancy are considered as traits. Not only they can take one / two trait ...

By any chance, do you have a link to the Gluten Free trait? I super want it. I have a traits cheat so I don't have to choose it on the Cas menu. I can't find it anywhere. Like if they are going to do lactose intolerant, why can't they do that one?

I searched for Diet Preference mod too and couldn't find it. ☹️
